Your contributions are vital to the Soup Kitchen!

Here are some specific needs:

Volunteer opportunity! We need someone to pick up bread at Martin's on Tuesday mornings and bring it to the Soup Kitchen. This job is now available! Please call Merry at  925-8204 for further information.

• 2012 calendars to give to clients
  
• 14-inch Skillet 
• Spaghetti and elbow macaroni. We are out of spaghetti and running low on macaroni.
• Tomato paste and tomato sauce. 
• Frank's Hot Sauce - gallon is the best for us, but any size works. Our clients love hot sauce to the tune if about a gallon a week. A gallon costs about $13.00. Any kind of hot sauce works, but Frank's is not only one of the more inexpensive brands---it is top-rated by Cook's Magazine.
• Canned fruit -- all kinds.
• ORPHAN MUGS--Ceramic coffee mugs for our volunteers to use while working. Do you have that one or two orphans that are too good to throw away? The more different patterns the better, so we can tell them apart.
• Laundry soap, SOS pads, dish soap, kitchen cleanser are always needed.
• As always, your monetary donations are very much needed. We can purchase food for 10-16 cents a pound... and the money is much easier to store than the cans!
